Agilisium’s solution was to design and deploy a Pre-Call Planning Tool that addresses the unique needs of field reps launching new brands. The solution integrates the existing AI-powered Field Rep assistant (also built by Agilisium) into a centralized sales planning and performance monitoring dashboard and then introduces performance-focused UI changes suited to boost call planning activities.
