The client’s field representatives encountered several obstacles while planning effective HCP (Health Care Professional) engagements due to a fragmented technology and data landscape. Key challenges included:

  • Fragmented Data Landscape: Field reps struggled to access timely and relevant HCP metrics and marketing data spread across multiple disconnected platforms.
  • Limited Insights Generation: The absence of a centralized ecosystem restricted the ability to extract actionable insights for pre-call planning.
  • Inefficient User Experience: Switching between tools and manually compiling insights hindered rep's productivity and call quality.
  • Incomplete Data Consolidation: Despite the deployment of RepAI, an AI-powered assistant enhancing field operations, users still lacked a holistic view of HCP data.
  • Need for Rx Trends On-the-Fly: Reps needed access to real-time LRx–TRx data (for both their own and competitors’ products) to tailor discussions and boost relevance.

Our Solution

Agilisium’s solution was to design and deploy a Pre-Call Planning Tool that addresses the unique needs of field reps launching new brands. The solution integrates the existing AI-powered Field Rep assistant (also built by Agilisium) into a centralized sales planning and performance monitoring dashboard and then introduces performance-focused UI changes suited to boost call planning activities.
