Raj Babu, the Founder & CEO of Agilisium Consulting Services, is a thought leader with over 24 years of experience in data engineering, advanced analytics, cloud technologies, digital transformation, business intelligence, and consumer analytics. Based in Austin, Texas, Raj is passionate about customer success and has extensive experience in customer-facing industries such as Media & Entertainment, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Electronics. He has guided over 20 Fortune 500 companies, including Universal Music Group, 20th Century Fox, and Comcast, in their cloud and data transformation strategies.
Raj founded Agilisium in 2014 with a vision to help customers take the data-to-insights leap. He is committed to providing customers with trusted analytics and business insights, enabling better decision-making, accelerating time-to-market, and reducing TCO.
Under Raj's leadership, Agilisium has achieved 70% year-over-year growth in size and revenue. With a headcount of over 1000 worldwide, the company has expanded its global footprint to the USA, Costa Rica, India, Canada, the UK, Argentina, Mexico, and Poland. Agilisium has also broadened its capabilities to include next-gen solutions like Generative AI and Machine Learning, staying at the forefront of technological innovation.
Raj's vision extends beyond company growth. He launched Agilisium's Innovation Labs to promote collaboration and innovation within the Life Sciences industry, demonstrating his commitment to continuous improvement.

Arun Kumar Arjunan serves as the Global Chief Technology Officer at Agilisium, based in Thousand Oaks, California, USA. With extensive knowledge of emerging technologies, market trends, and a visionary approach, Arun leads our technology initiatives, steering our solutions lab and driving strategic bets in technology to ensure continuous growth and innovation.

Bala Irulandy is the Chief Customer Officer at Agilisium, based in the Bay Area of California, USA. With a strong background in the technology services industry, he leads our customer-centric strategies and initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition, success, retention, and growth.
Bala holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.
Before joining Agilisium, Bala held key leadership positions at Cognizant, including Vice President roles where he managed the Manufacturing vertical and led Oracle Solutions Practice for North America. He also held significant roles at HCL Technologies, EDS (HP), and IBM. Bala has been instrumental in driving business growth, incubating and growing customer relationships, and leading digital transformation initiatives.

Lokesh Bhagchand is the Chief Operating Officer & India Head at Agilisium, based out of Chennai, India. With over 25 years of experience working with top pharma clients, he guides our Delivery and Operations departments, focusing on strategic growth and customer satisfaction. Lokesh also leads initiatives to enhance our operational efficiency and build high-performing teams.
Lokesh holds a master’s degree in computer software engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
Before joining Agilisium, Lokesh held key leadership positions at Cognizant, where he demonstrated exceptional skills in strategic planning, project management, and business development. His expertise includes expanding Technology Competency Centres, managing key accounts, and driving operational efficiency. Notably, he achieved remarkable success in scaling Life Sciences marquee clients to over 1000 FTE in just three years.
Lokesh's role at Agilisium includes enhancing life science expertise across technology and subject matter domains. He will contribute to developing new Generative AI solution offerings tailored to our life science customers and spearhead initiatives to grow our capabilities, delivering unparalleled value to our clients and partners.
Hema, Senior Vice President – Business Growth and Enablement, spearheads Global delivery, Revenue Strategy, Operations and Marketing. With a career marked by exceptional results and strategic vision, Hema brings a wealth of experience to our team.
Hema holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA from Anna University, Chennai.
Prior to Agilisium, Hema excelled as Associate Vice President at Tech Mahindra XDS. Her tenure was distinguished by her ability to consistently deliver outstanding results and foster significant business growth. Her broad expertise in sales, delivery, operations, competency build out have been instrumental in contributing to overall P&L growth.

Venkatesa Prasad (VP) is the Senior Vice President and Head of Practices at Agilisium, based in Chennai, India. With close to 25 years of experience and a track record of working with the top 25 pharma clients, VP leads our technology and domain teams and oversees global practice operations, focusing on strategic growth and customer satisfaction. VP also leads the Agilisium Innovation Labs team to build future-proof solutions and improve global tech-talent teams.
VP holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from AVC College, a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Govt. Arts College, Kumbakonam, and a degree in AI and ML from the Great Learning Post Graduate Program.

Arvind Ramakrishnan leads the Life Sciences Commercial domain at Agilisium, based in Boston, USA. With over 23 years of experience in the Life Sciences sector, Arvind is a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader. His expertise spans the entire Pharma value chain, from early discovery and molecular research to preclinical studies, clinical development, and manufacturing.
As a seasoned P&L leader, Arvind excels in delivering innovative value propositions for customers and partners. He has led transformative initiatives across Pharma, Biotech, CDMO, and CRO teams, leveraging his extensive background in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, and AI & ML. His contributions extend to biologics and vaccine manufacturing, quality control, and Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT).

Satadru (Sat) Chakraborty is a leader in Life Sciences for the Europe region at Agilisium, based in Basel, Switzerland. With over 15 years of experience in the global Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industry, Sat excels in driving customer success and strategic growth for the region.
Sat holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Cergy, France. Before joining Agilisium, he held key positions at Bayer, Amgen, and Takeda, where he led Data & Analytics strategies in the Commercial domain. His expertise spans commercial insights, go-to-market strategy, CRM, sales processes, product, and advanced analytics, with deep knowledge in oncology, hematology, cardiovascular, ophthalmology, and immunology.
