The client’s existing Speaker Program platform enables sales reps to schedule and carry out educational programs where in trained and contracted speakers deliver compliance-approved brand or disease-state messages to targeted HCP audiences. The platform serves as a core field enablement tool under the commercial operations division and supports marketing programs across all therapeutic brands. As the platform scaled across brands and geographies, several challenges emerged:

  • Data Discrepancies: Inconsistencies were found in rep access, attendee mastering, and target mapping across systems, posing risks to speaker program efficiency and their alignment with sales strategy.
  • Territory Realignment Complexity: Quarterly adjustments in sales territories required close analysis to prevent misalignment in HCP targeting and program scheduling.
  • Service Request Bottlenecks: Incident and service request tickets lacked a formal triage process, delaying support response and disrupting program continuity.
